Elizabeth Tomos

Elizabeth Tomos is a multidisciplinary fine artist graduating from her BA in Fine Art from Wimbledon College of Art in 2009. Working primarily in the mediums of installation, performance, and more recently printmaking having exhibited across the UK including the Bankside Gallery, London as part of the ‘National Original Print Exhibition’, (2015); ‘Freerange’, London (2015) and ‘Redefining Print’ at Double Elephant Print Workshop, Exeter (2015). Most recently designing, building, exhibiting and performing with a large-scale screen-printing machine at the University of Northampton (2016), Freerange (2018) and Avenue Gallery (2018) which was longlisted for the Aesthetica Art Prize (2017). Elizabeth is currently researching connections between printmaking and performance art practices. Particularly in relation to the ways in which knowledge and learning can develop through practices of embodiment.
